IN MEMORY OF AAGE VICTOR JENSEN: Victor, 85, was born on October 10, 1925 and passed away on January 8, 2011. He lived in Van Nuys. Victor was a member of our lodge for 47 years, since 1963.

Tuesday, January 11: 10:30 am, ALAMO, Our First Meeting of the 2012 Convention Committee (all are invited!). 11:30 am Regular meeting with Hot Dogs and Chili Lunch.
Saturday, January 15: At the Alamo at 12 Noon. It will be our Annual Joint Installation Luncheon with Sisterhood Lodge 68. President Don Sanborn and Conductor Betty Seale will be the Brotherhood’s Installing District Officers.
Others will be there to celebrate and support our new (and recycled) 2010 Officers. In Charge: Dave Seale, 661-799-8028. Max will cater a Cold Table. Reservations Required. Call Dave or Betty. Cost is $25.

In honor of Solvang’s 100 year Anniversary the Danish Sisterhood in Solvang have sponsored a Solvangopoly board game.
The games are $28. including tax. They are a one time limited edition.
The business have been most generous in buying the spaces for the game, which were sold out in two weeks. Therefore we were not able to get everyone interested a space.
The front cover and the middle of the board is done by our famous local paper cutting artist Rick Marzullo.
THE PERFECT “FAMILY GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS”
The game is available at the Home Connection, Rasmussens and the Elverhoj Museum. They are also available from several Sisterhood members also, Else Lassiter and Jacque Wagstaffe. The profits will go towards high school scholarships as well as local organizations in need.
